Redesigning a global semi-conductor company website

At Renesas, I lead the design team through a 14 month process of the redesign of our main website. This began with several months of research and user interviews, including field appication engineers. We approched the redesign in phases and leverged customer feedback along the way. The strategy was based around shortening the buying process, better engagment, improved cross selling, upgrading the brand presence, and the overall user experience.
