A complete redesign of the website

I lead the team responsible for the complete redesign of the main website including individual departments and programs. Working with their team, we started with research findings, goals and a lot of data that needed to be migrated. The entire navigation structure, CTAs, and all elements were redesigned to assist various site users achieve their goals. With a new intuitive navigation, content organization and information architecture, the experience is dramatically improved.
