Tools to help improve the color selection experience
Our team was tasked to work with color scientists and the marketing agency to create a quiz that uses a custom algorithm to put customers just a few clicks away from personalized advice for their space. Research indicated that shoppers often sampled paint 3 or 4 times before purchasing. Our goal was to reduce that by suggesting color chips before visiting the store.
